Who's Fast Forwarding My Life?

I feel like the last couple of weeks have just flown by. I feel like someone upstairs has a remote and is fast forwarding my life! Everytime I look at one of twins they are doing something new or seem to look totally different then they did the day before. Gavin is now a roller, Evelyn is giggling and talking up a storm, and they both noticed each other!!! Before the seemed to be going through the day not knowing that this other person they shared the womb with for 9 months existed, but now they are looking at each other and smiling and laughing. If only I could find the pause or rewind button for some of those moments.

Here are a few pictures from the last couple of days.

Say Cheese!

Gavin and Evelyn had their 3 month pictures taken last week. Grandma Schefelker and I went up to Eau Claire to have them taken at Target, but first we decided to do a little shopping. That probably wasn't the best idea as Gavin decided to drool all over his nice shirt. Luckily we stripped him in the car and had time to let the AC dry out the stain. They did a great job being patient through all the photos. I was really afraid they were going to loose it since they didn't have their afternoon nap. Here is slide show of some of my favorite pictures:)

Livy's Birthday

We enjoyed pizza, cake, and ice cream last night at cousin Olivia's 6th birthday party. All the cousin's under the age of six take time from playing to take a picture on the couch. Olivia is holding Gavin, Jerome is holding Evelyn, and Anthony and Dante are sitting next to them.

Oliva tries to blow out her candles. I think she must have about 3 boy friends.

All American 4th!

We headed to Melrose for Gavin and Evelyn's first 4th of July celebration. Nana and Grandpa Bolger live right on main street so we had perfect seats for the parade. The twins didn't want to miss a thing so they happened to wake up from their nap right as the parade was starting. However Evelyn didn't like the fire engire sirens. It was a day well spent with family, friends, and good food.

This year Nana and Grandpa had the honor of being Melrose's parade marshalls.

Gavin was trying to hold Evelyn's hand, but she wasn't having it!

Oh Sweet Sleep

We will forever remember this day as a day the entire family woke up well rested. The twins slept straight from 11pm-6:45am! It was so wonderful. I had forgotten what an unbroken night's rest felt like! However, I am afraid to hope that this is the norm and instead was just a tease. Only time will tell. In the mean time I am fully going to enjoy the day being well rested!
